Hello, My name is Andy Lambe. I have been in the Insurance and Investment Industry for over 27 years. I started my career as a captive agent, meaning I could only represent one company and their products. I'm in my fourteenth year as an independent broker. This provides the opportunity to shop the market to source the best alternatives for my client's needs. John is excited to have recently joined our team.  He has worked in the financial services industry for the past 17 years, most recently he was Regional Vice President Sales for Atlantic Canada for Manulife Investments.  John's responsibilities were to educate and train financial advisors on Manulife's many investment products.  Because of the large territory (Eastern Canada), travel was a large component to this job and this weighed heavily in his decision to take on this new role. 

With a young family at home, John and his family decided to make this move in order to afford him the opportunity to spend more time in Prince Edward Island with his family.  John resides in Charlottetown with his wife Jackie and four children, Luke, Lindsey, Drew and Brennan.

We are excited about the expertise John brings to the practice, especially in the area of investment and retirement planning, given his years of experience in the business.

Pat worked in the banking industry for many years in Ontario before joining Andy Lambe and Associates Inc. in 1996. Pat's role as office administrator includes the management of the office and all operations, including client service. In addition she provides assistance to the brokers who place their business with Andy Lambe and Associates Inc.

Mike joined the Andy Lambe and Associates team about six years ago after 13 years at the Workers Compensation Board of Prince Edward Island. Mike operates the PEI Employee Benefits Agency, which offers Life, Long-Term disability, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Dependent Life, Extended Health and Dental Insurance to companies and employees in Prince Edward Island. Mike currently resides in Tracadie Cross, Prince Edward Island with his wife Lorraine and their children Kyle, Craig and Jocelyn. Mike enjoys both Hockey, Ball and Jogging to relax.

After 30 years in the Insurance Industry and having worked at companies such as Standard Life and Sun Life, Bud brings a deep knowledge of the Insurance Industry to our team.

Joel has been with ALAI for over five years and is responsible for marketing/analysis in preparing packages for clients on life insurance, living benefits and investment products in addition to retirement and estate planning.  He is also available to answer client service inquiries on both life insurance and investments.  He  completed his BBA from UPEI and obtained his Certified Human Resources Professional Designation (CHRP) and, since joining the firm, obtained licenses for both Life Insurance and Mutual Funds.  In August of 2007, Joel obtained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
